In the past three weeks I have been from one coast to the opposite one and flown three different airlines. Two of them, US Airways and Continental have shown themselves to be good, solid, American businesses that enjoy providing the best possible service to their customers. The other airline, American Airlines.. well.. I don’t even know where to begin except to say that there are just miles and miles of difference between US Airways, Continental and American Airlines.

Everybody has horror stories about pretty much everything, so, I won’t bore the reader with the minutia of details about my American Airline Horror Story, but let me just say, I will not ever fly American Air again if I can help it. And I think I can. Sadly, the folks at American Airlines do not care.
